Sippel Reservoir Park is tucked behind the Northgate Shopping Plaza off of Route 19. It includes a playground area, pavilion, benches and an ADA compliant parking area. A paved loop surrounds two soccer fields and connects to a walking trail through Jackson Township's Trail Network. Construction on a future concession stand building with restrooms is anticipated in 2023. Lastly, the remaining reservoir will be utilized as a stormwater feature and two-acre fishing pond.
